For Batch 003, we partnered again with Utah’s Waterpocket Distillery to source French oak barrels used in their Oread liqueur. This cider is brut dry, with barrel-imparted notes of orange, star anise and French Oak. Pairs well with smoked meats, charcuterie, and aged cheeses.
